Your Role

We are now looking for a driven and engaged colleague for the role of Systems Security Specialist (IT-Security Manager) to work with IS/IT security functions in support systems and simulator products that support pilots, service personnel, and operators in their operational daily lives.

As a Systems Security Specialist (IT-Security Manager) within IS/IT security at our company, you will work with product leaders and other system architects to define security requirements and design at both the system and software levels. To some extent, you will also support realization and integration. You will also perform system verification of the products' security design to ultimately produce an IT security analysis to be sent to our customers. You will drive compliance with applicable regulations and see process improvement as a natural part of your work, both internally and externally with customers.

The products you will work with consist of clients, servers, and network components whose security functions must meet agreed requirements for authentication, security logging, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention, protection against malware, availability, and more.

Your work will be project-based, and you will participate in all development phases from procurement to product delivery. You will work with all our systems and with all of Saab's national and international customers who use these systems.

Your Profile

You should thrive in a role with varied tasks that involve many points of contact, requiring you to be communicative, pedagogical, and possess a certain business-like demeanor in your communication. You are professional, humble, empathetic, and have the ability to handle emerging events in combination with long-term thinking. This, along with your good collaborative skills and ability to drive assigned tasks within the current timeframe, is essential. You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

We see that you have:

• University degree, other relevant education, or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of IT security in Windows and Linux systems
• Experience in system design and development and security architecture
• Review/requirements management/requirements analysis
• Understanding of NIST 800:160
• CISSP or SSCP

Meritorious for the position is:

• Experience in IT security in virtualized server solutions
• Knowledge in scripting and security configuration of relevant operating systems

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
